Thorny Bleeder Records Update

Update

The last time I looked at my calendar it was November and I was just finishing up this very website for Thorny Bleeder Records and The Bleeder Blog. It's now April. Crazy.

We had a killer launch of The Bleeder Blog and thousands of people are now enjoying the amazing new music from our free album download,
Get Thorny. If you haven't downloaded it yet, go and grab it now...it's free!

So aside from our daily blog action (which I hope you've subscribed to), what else is happening with all things Thorny? Well, we've been busy as hell and have some amazing news to share with everyone.

Thorny Bleeder Records is extremely proud to announce that we have officially signed the following 5 bands to the TBR roster:

Ross Neilsen

TV Heart Attack

Burning Borders

Over The Coals

The Rebellion

We've also just signed a management deal with the amazing solo artist:
Scott Valentine Presents

We'll have more news regarding each of these artists, their upcoming releases and tour news in the very near future, so stay tuned.

Killer. But what's next?

Get Thorny 2. I'm in the midst of putting together the second volume of our free album series, so stay tuned...you won't want to miss out on our next package of amazing free songs from some of the best up and coming talent.

But there's more, and this one's hot off the press. I'm incredibly excited to announce the following:

The Media Club
Vancouver, BC

Featuring:
The Rebellion
(from Saskatoon)

Columbia
(from Vancouver)

Scott Valentine Presents

presented by Less Than Three Entertainment

Mark this date in your calendar. If you're in the VanCity area on April 28, make sure you don't miss this incredible lineup of new music discoveries. Your ears will thank you.

And last but not least...what the heck is happening with
Art Of Dying these days? After a raucous two years of touring the world in support of their debut album, with two trips to the UK including a tour with Seether, seven tours of Western Canada, two tours of the US with Disturbed, and getting nominated for a Canadian Radio Music Award, Art Of Dying are finally taking a well deserved breather. Well, not really. In fact, the boys are in non-stop writing sessions, in preparation for their next album. No dates have been set yet, but the AOD boys will hopefully be hitting the studio sometime before the summer.

And...another quick reminder to Subscribe to The Bleeder Blog (plug, plug, plug). You'll receive a daily summary of whatever is happening on these pages, saving you the time of actually having to visit the site. The sign up box is in the top right of the blog page, beneath our Featured Artist.

And that's it for the Thorny Bleeder update. Many thanks for the amazing support everyone has shown us in the past six months. If you like what we're doing, support our artists by buying their tunes and going to their shows. Your support keeps the music coming.

Keep it Thorny!
Brian
